How do I see the prices?
To view our prices, access our Online Tool-kit and place orders you must first register with us. We review all applications within 1 working day and you will be notified via email once activated. You will then be able to log in to MODE Designs using the login box on the homepage or at the top of each page. Once logged in you will be able to view prices, stock levels, access our Online Tool-kit and place orders with us.
Creating an account does not not allow you to apply for a 30 day credit account. You may only apply for a 30 day credit account after you have placed your first order with MODE Designs.
What is the minimum order amount?
If you are applying for a stockist account, which places you on a discounted pricing structure, the minimum order amount for your first order is £1,000 exclusive of VAT (This total can include both in and out of stock items).
Please contact us to place your order and we'll activate your account at the same time.
There is no minimum order amount for subsequent orders.
For Internet Only (Non-Stockist) accounts a non-refundable £500 deposit may be required which can be used against future orders.
What are the delivery charges & lead times?
For mainland UK customers, all orders over the value of £500 are sent carriage free* via our specialist Furniture Logistics Carier. Orders under £500 are subject to our delivery rates.

Can I specify delivery dates?
For band A products you are able to specify the exact date in the checkout process. For larger items which require specialist delivery the courier will contact your customer to arrange a suitable time.
What is your damages & returns policy?
MODE Designs will pack and send out your order from our warehouse in perfect condition. We use a specialist furniture courier, Kinetic Logistics, to keep damages to a minimum. On receipt of your delivery, you must inspect your pallets or parcels for any damages whilst the driver is there and before you sign for the delivery. If there are damages then either do not sign for the delivery or sign for 'as damaged'. We are not able to make any claim or replace damaged items unless the items have been signed for as damaged with the driver. Please email all queries regarding damages including photographic evidence to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of your invoice.
Do MODE Designs dropship or deliver direct to the public?
Yes, MODE Designs offers a market leading direct-to-customer / dropshipping service.

What if an item is showing out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, we include an accurate forecast on each product showing when the expected next batch date and the quantity of the next batch.
We do this to encourage a quick stock cycle and pass savings in storage, admin and logistics onto you.
Please note: a deposit of 5% is required to secure the stock for Early Order Discount orders.
What is the difference between a trade account and a credit account?
When you fill in a trade account application form on our website, this is emailed to us, we check you are a trading company then reply by sending you a login name and password for our website. This stage is to protect retailers by not allowing the public to see the trade prices. Once you have got the logon on name and password by email, you can see live stock information, prices and can place a trade order and pay by credit card.
A credit account is when you would like us to send you stock and you pay for it in 30 days time. If you require a 30 day credit account email email@example.com
Do MODE Designs sell directly to the public?
If you email firstname.lastname@example.org we will point you in the direction of your nearest stockist or if there is no one local, an online stockist.
